Bay 1 Gives Back

Every year, a shop class gets a new lift.

Bay One Auto Equipment donates a vehicle lift to a high school or trade-school automotive program each year, so the next generation of techs learns on real equipment.

Why we do it

The trade built this company.

Too many school auto programs are teaching on worn-out equipment, or none at all. Meanwhile, shops across the country can't find enough trained technicians.

As an American, family-run business, we want to help close that gap in the communities we serve. A new lift in a classroom means students learn to work safely and confidently on the same equipment they'll use on the job.

How it works

From nomination to first lift

  1. 1

    Nominate a program

Teachers, students, parents and local shops can nominate a high school or trade-school automotive program.

  2. 2

    We pick a program

We look for programs where a new lift will make the biggest difference for students learning the trade.

  3. 3

    We deliver the lift

We ship the lift to the school and help line up installation, then celebrate with the class.
