Portable Car Lifts

Portable car lifts give you real lifting capacity without a permanent installation. They suit renters, busy home garages and shops that want a lift they can move between bays. This collection includes AMGO low-rise and mid-rise platform lifts, the AMGO SML-7 mobile single post lift and the Triumph C-7000 portable two-post.

Every lift here runs on 110V, with capacities from 6,000 to 10,000 lbs. The LR06, LR10 and MR06 add no structure above the vehicle, so ceiling height is not a factor. The C-7000 comes apart in under ten minutes and stores flush to the floor. If you need full standing height under the car, a two-post lift may suit you better, and the Free Fit Check will help you decide. We are an authorized dealer with the full manufacturer warranty and lifetime support. Call or text 1-800-771-1278.

How to choose a portable car lift

How high you need to go

Start with the work. The AMGO LR06 and LR10 low-rise lifts raise to 24 3/16 inches, enough for tire rotations, brake jobs, suspension and body work. The AMGO MR06 mid-rise scissor lift reaches 42 15/16 inches for more room underneath. For full working height, the Triumph C-7000 lifts to 69 inches and the AMGO SML-7 to as much as 72 3/4 inches without adapters.

Capacity and footprint

  • AMGO LR06: 6,000 lbs, 70 1/16 inches wide, ETL certified. The lighter, narrower of the two low-rise lifts.
  • AMGO LR10: 10,000 lbs, 77 15/16 inches wide, with drive-in ramps that extend as part of the platform.
  • AMGO MR06: 6,000 lbs, mid-rise scissor design with multi-position mechanical locks and no air supply needed.
  • AMGO SML-7: 7,000 lbs, a single post that rolls on its own wheels without disassembly, 90 3/8 inches wide.
  • Triumph C-7000: 7,000 lbs, with posts that mount anywhere from 48 to 120 inches apart, center to center.

Setup and storage

The LR06, LR10 and MR06 use a detachable power unit stand and a dolly, so one person can move the lift between bays. The MR06 needs no anchoring. The C-7000 needs no anchoring or hardwiring, and one operator can take it down in under ten minutes. It still transfers its load into the floor, so read the product page for floor requirements before you order.

Portable car lift FAQ

Do portable lifts need a special circuit?

Every lift in this collection runs on 110V, and the C-7000, MR06 and SML-7 need no dedicated circuit. Our 110V vs. 220V guide has more.

Will a portable lift fit under my ceiling?

The LR06, LR10 and MR06 have no ceiling requirement. The C-7000 stands 95 inches overall and the SML-7 109 7/16 inches, so measure against those plus the roof of your vehicle at full height.

Can I take the lift with me if I move?

That is what these lifts are for. The C-7000 needs no anchoring, hardwiring or building modifications, and the MR06 needs no permanent changes to the building.

How are portable lifts delivered?
