✔ 116-Inch Overall Height — Fits Under Lower Ceilings
The NT-11 stands 116 inches overall — significantly lower than the 145-inch overall height of the NTO-10A and NTO-11A overhead lifts. Ceiling height is the constraint that quietly decides most two-post purchases. At 116 inches, the NT-11 clears a lot of buildings that a taller overhead structure will not. Start with the number you actually have above your floor — if it clears 116 inches plus the roof of your tallest vehicle at full lift height, the NT-11 fits.
✔ 11,000 lb Capacity — Distributed at 2,750 lb Per Arm Pad
At 11,000 lbs of rated capacity — 2,750 lbs per arm pad — the NT-11 handles the full range of passenger cars, full-size pickups, large SUVs, vans, and light commercial vehicles up to its rated capacity. Stackable steel truck adapters are included to reach the lift points on taller frames and higher-clearance vehicles.
✔ Floor-Plate Design — Drive-Over Base Between Columns
The NT-11 routes its equalising cables and hydraulic hoses through a drive-over base plate on the floor between the columns — not across an overhead beam. No overhead crossbar means the 116-inch overall height is achievable. The trade-off is a drive-over plate on the floor between the columns that needs to be kept clear of dirt and grease.
✔ Dual Hydraulic Cylinders — Synchronized Lifting
Two hydraulic cylinders — one per column — synchronized by dual equalizer cables bring both carriages up together under an uneven load. A vehicle almost never sits with its weight split evenly between the two posts — dual cylinders handle that imbalance directly rather than fighting it through the equalising system alone.
✔ Asymmetric Arms — Doors Open at Height
The NT-11 uses asymmetric swing arms — double-telescoping front arms and single-telescoping rear arms. The vehicle sits set back between the columns rather than centred on them — the arrangement that lets the doors open once the car is in the air. Getting in and out of a car already raised is the most common frustration on a symmetric lift — the NT-11's asymmetric layout removes it.
✔ Rack-and-Gear Automatic Arm Restraints
Rack-and-gear automatic arm restraints lock the arms in position once placed. The arms do not move during the lift — a safety feature that matters most on a lift used for heavy vehicles where an arm shifting under load is not an acceptable outcome.
✔ 4.5" Lowered Arm Height — Low Cars Load Without Ramps
At 4.5 inches of lowered arm clearance, the NT-11 handles low-profile passenger cars without ramps, blocks, or improvised solutions. A low front end clears the arms on the way in.
✔ ISO 9001 Manufactured and CE Certified
The NT-11 is manufactured in ISO 9001 certified facilities and carries CE conformity as stated by Triumph. Independently verified quality standards for a lift rated at 11,000 lbs.
