11,000 LB Triumph NSS-11 — The Extra-Wide Four-Post Built for Full-Size Pickups, Large SUVs, and Serious Storage

The Triumph NSS-11 11,000 lb Four-Post Lift is the step up from the standard 8,000 lb NSS range — more capacity, more width, and more runway for the vehicles that need it most. Its 118-inch drive-thru width on a 130-inch overall frame is what separates it from a car-sized four-post. That extra width is not a comfort feature — it is the difference between driving a full-size truck or wide SUV straight on and lining it up twice.

Raised to a working height, the NSS-11 is a service platform with the vehicle sitting stable on its own wheels on a solid drive-on deck — right for fluid changes, exhaust work, underbody inspection, and rust treatment. Parked at height with a second vehicle beneath it, the same lift recovers a full parking space you did not have. At 81 inches of clearance under the runway, most adults stand upright underneath without stooping.

The NSS-11 runs on standard 110V power despite its 11,000 lb capacity — no electrician, no dedicated circuit, no supply upgrade before delivery. It ships complete with a caster kit, jack tray, six drip trays, drive-on ramps, and wheel chocks — everything included in the box.

What Makes the Triumph NSS-11 Four-Post Lift Stand Out

✔ 118-Inch Drive-Thru Width — Built for Full-Size Trucks and SUVs

The NSS-11 has a 118-inch drive-thru width on a 130-inch overall frame. Full-size pickups, crew cabs, wide-body SUVs, and extended-cab trucks drive straight on without the tight positioning a narrower four-post demands. If the vehicles you own are the reason you need a wider lift, this is the spec that decides it.

✔ 11,000 lb Capacity — Cars, Trucks, and Light Commercial Vehicles

At 11,000 lbs, the NSS-11 handles the full range of passenger cars, full-size trucks, SUVs, and light commercial vehicles. A meaningful step up from the 8,000 lb NSS-8 range for owners whose vehicles regularly push the upper end of a standard four-post capacity rating.

✔ 81 Inches of Working Clearance Under the Runway

Lift height at the top of the runway is 86.5 inches — how far the vehicle travels up. Height under the runway is 81 inches — the space you actually stand in with the deck over your head. At 81 inches, most adults work upright underneath the vehicle without stooping.

✔ 11 Locking Positions — Single-Point Release

Eleven automatic locking positions engage as the vehicle rises — one more than the standard NSS-8 range. A raised vehicle rests on steel mechanical locks rather than hydraulic pressure, making it safe to leave a vehicle stored at height for an extended period. A single-point release drops all four columns together from one control — no walking around the lift to free each post individually.

✔ Adjustable Runway Spacing — 39" or 44.5" Between Runways

The NSS-11 offers two runway spacing settings — 39 inches or 44.5 inches between runways. Adjust to suit the vehicles you lift most. The 19.5-inch runway width provides a stable, generous platform for a wide range of vehicle track widths.

✔ 110V Plug-In Operation — No Electrical Upgrade Needed

Despite its 11,000 lb capacity, the NSS-11 runs on standard 110V, 60 Hz, single-phase power. No three-phase service, no electrician, no dedicated circuit required before delivery.

✔ Six Drip Trays and Wheel Chocks Included

Six drip trays — double the number included with the NSS-8 — cover the full underside footprint when stacking vehicles, catching oil, coolant, and brake fluid before they reach the vehicle below. Wheel chocks are also included to keep the upper vehicle securely positioned on the runway.

✔ Portable — Caster Kit and Jack Tray Included

The included caster kit lets you reposition the unloaded lift anywhere in the shop or garage when your layout changes. The steel jack tray accepts a standard bottle or floor jack to lift one end of the vehicle for brake, tire, and suspension work.

Who Is the Triumph NSS-11 11,000 lb Four-Post Lift Built For?

🛻 The Full-Size Pickup and SUV Owner

Your vehicles are too wide for a standard car-sized four-post. The NSS-11's 118-inch drive-thru width and 130-inch overall frame give full-size pickups, crew cabs, and large SUVs room to load straight on without tight maneuvering.

🏠 The Home Garage Owner Recovering a Parking Space

The most common reason a four-post is bought — reclaiming a bay by stacking one vehicle above another. The NSS-11 runs on 110V and includes a caster kit so it doesn't have to be a permanent installation.

🔧 The Small Professional Shop

11,000 lbs covers cars, full-size pickups, SUVs, and light commercial vehicles. The lift runs on 110V, can be repositioned as the shop layout changes, and doubles as both a service bay and a storage solution.

🏎️ The Car Collector with a Mixed Fleet

You have a mix of vehicles — a full-size pickup, a daily driver, a weekend car. The adjustable runway spacing at 39 or 44.5 inches and the wide drive-thru accommodate the full range without buying two lifts.

🏗️ The Shared Workshop

Renters and shared workshops where a permanently anchored lift isn't an option. The NSS-11's caster kit keeps it portable and repositionable when the space needs to do more than one job.

The Triumph NSS-11 Is a Large Lift — Here's How to Confirm Your Space

Ceiling Height

The NSS-11 stands 97 inches tall at the columns. If you're planning to stack two vehicles, your ceiling needs to clear the roof of whatever is sitting on the upper runway at your chosen lock height. Measure your actual vehicles — don't estimate.

Floor Length

The NSS-11 runs 216 inches overall without approach ramps, with 196-inch runways. Add walking clearance at both ends and account for ramp storage when they are off the lift.

Floor Width

The overall base width is 130 inches — just under 11 feet. Check your bay width against that number first and leave door-opening space on at least one side.

Drive-Thru Width

The drive-thru opening between the columns is 118 inches — the figure that decides whether a wide vehicle drives straight on.

Power

The NSS-11 runs on 110V standard power. No dedicated circuit or electrical upgrade required before delivery.

Foundation

Triumph's installation manual covers the concrete and anchoring requirements for this lift. The lift requires a minimum 3,000 PSI concrete slab. Request a copy before ordering.

Triumph NSS-11 | 11,000 lb Four-Post Lift — FAQs

What is the difference between the NSS-11 and the NSS-8?

The NSS-11 is the extra-wide, higher-capacity step up from the NSS-8. Key differences are capacity (11,000 lbs vs 8,000 lbs), drive-thru width (118" vs 93"), overall width (130" vs 106"), lift height (86.5" vs 72"), and runway length (196" vs 165"). The NSS-11 also includes six drip trays and wheel chocks versus three drip trays on the NSS-8.

Does the NSS-11 require special electrical wiring?

No. Despite its 11,000 lb capacity, the NSS-11 runs on standard 110V, 60 Hz, single-phase power. No three-phase service, no electrician, and no dedicated circuit required before delivery.

What vehicles will fit on the NSS-11?

The NSS-11 supports most cars, trucks, SUVs, and light commercial vehicles up to 11,000 lbs. The 118-inch drive-thru width accommodates crew cabs, wide-body SUVs, and extended-cab pickups that are too wide for a standard four-post.

Can the runway spacing be adjusted on the NSS-11?

Yes. The NSS-11 offers two runway spacing settings — 39 inches or 44.5 inches between runways — to accommodate different vehicle track widths.

How is the Triumph NSS-11 delivered?

The NSS-11 ships LTL freight at approximately 2,400 lbs. The freight carrier will contact you to schedule delivery, but the driver does not unload the lift. You will need a forklift, tow truck, or similar equipment rated for 2,400 lbs at your delivery address. Plan for this before placing your order.
